L2 continues to push the boundaries of speed, flexibility, and usability with a powerful new feature in DataMapping: the ability to distribute purchased data directly to any Amazon S3 bucket or FTP/SFTP server.
This enhancement removes friction from the final, and often most operationally painful, step in the data workflow: delivery.
With DataMapping, users can already:
- Build highly customized audiences across L2’s National Voter and Consumer files
- Instantly visualize and refine segments
- Purchase exactly the data they need
Now, with S3 and FTP integrations, users can push that data exactly where it needs to go—without ever leaving the platform.
Inside the Universe Details panel, users will now see a “Transmit” option. This opens a full suite of integrations, including:
- Amazon S3
- FTP / SFTP
- Major activation platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.)
For S3 and FTP, simply:
- Click Transmit Universe
- Select S3 or SFTP
- Enter your credentials and destination path
- Hit Send Universe
That’s it—your data is delivered directly to your environment.
The S3 integration allows users to deliver data into any cloud storage environment, supporting modern data stacks and clean room workflows.

Key capabilities:
- Deliver to any S3 bucket (AWS or S3-compatible endpoints)
- Custom bucket paths for organized storage
- Region selection and endpoint flexibility
- Secure credential-based authentication
This is ideal for:
- Snowflake / data warehouse ingestion pipelines
- Clean room environments
- Enterprise data lakes
- Automated downstream processing
For teams using more traditional infrastructure—or partners requiring FTP delivery—DataMapping now supports full FTP/SFTP distribution.

Key capabilities:
- Standard SFTP (port 22) support
- Username/password authentication
- Custom remote directory paths
- Flexible file naming
This ensures compatibility with:
- Legacy systems
- Agency and partner workflows
- Ad tech platforms requiring FTP ingestion
- Internal servers and ETL pipelines
