I am proud to announce the promotion of Paul Westcott to President of L2, Inc., effective immediately.
Paul’s journey at L2 spans more than a decade and reflects both exceptional talent and an unwavering commitment to the company’s mission and success. He joined L2 in a marketing and public relations role and, through consistent performance, strong leadership, and strategic vision, advanced to Vice President and then Executive Vice President. Throughout his tenure, Paul has demonstrated a rare ability to balance big-picture thinking with the operational detail required to drive results.
As Executive Vice President, Paul played a pivotal role in building and leading an outstanding sales organization, significantly expanding L2’s revenue and market footprint. His impact extends beyond revenue growth; he has helped shape key strategic decisions and strengthen the foundation for L2’s long-term success. Paul is widely respected for his collaborative leadership style, sound judgment, and ability to align teams around clear goals.
This transition reflects extensive long-term planning, and while L2 will continue to adapt and lead in the marketplace, our goals and mission remain the same. L2’s core strengths, including our data, technology, people, and commitment to getting things right, remain unchanged. As President, Paul will assume responsibility for L2’s day-to-day operations while continuing to guide the company’s strategic direction. I will retain the title of CEO while transitioning operational responsibility to Paul.
